Gravatar 19.09.2016 Frukten är saftig och drar åt cassis och andra röda syrliga bär som lingon, tranbär och surkörsbär. Höga syror och mineraler samsas med de fint integrerade tanninerna. Kvar finns istället en finkornighet och en trevlig, lätt krämig eftersmak där vi hittar drag av sandelträ, lite ceder, balsamico och fikon. Inte alls fel till secreto iberico med puré på jordärtskockor och potatis. En krämig sås på rostad paprika vill vi också ha till.
