	25.10.2017	Vinen er en superspændende udgave af en moderne Rioja-vin, hvor Tempranillo er tilsat små mængder Garnacha og Graciano druer fra vinstokke, hvis alder svinger mellem 50 og 80 år. Vinområdet hedder ”Alta” og er efter traditionerne det bedste i Rioja. Gæringen foregår i betontanke og store 5000 liters gamle træfade i 12 måneder, hvorefter de færdigmodnes små franske egetræsfade på hhv. 250 og 600 liter. Resultatet er en kraftig, frugtet vin næsten uden fagsmag af vanilje. denkorteavis.dk
