Gravatar 15.10.2024 I Rioja gör man jobbet själva, innan vinet släpps har det spenderat flera år i källaren. Jag dricker det gärna nu men uppskattar lagringståligheten. Över tid förändras smakbilden - torkad frukt, inbäddad vanilj och finstämd syra blir till riktigt gott.
