Gravatar 20.10.2025 Priorat från en pionjär, som nu följer tidens anda. All heder till Alvaro Palacios som blickar framåt med denna årgång. Långt ifrån hur Priorat smakade förr då extraktion gick före allt annat. Nu finns här en oväntad fräschör och ett lyft av röd frisk frukt såsom vilda hallon, syrliga körsbär och granatäpple förstärkt av tobaksblad och mustig garrigue. Sagolikt.
