Rött superfynd från bröderna Perez Pascuas i Ribera del Duero. Ett matvin med tydlig strävhet, karaktärsfulla aromer (lakrits, örtkryddor, gräs, vanilj och mörka bär) och franska och amerikanska ekfatsspår. Passar till örtkryddat lamm eller lättare vilträtter utan söta tillbehör. Lufta ordentligt eller lagra några år.
