Gravatar 19.01.2026 Mencia styr smaker i denna fieldblend från hög altitud i Ribera Sacra. Det är saftigt, piggt, läskande och krämigt i texturen med en lätt funky och örtspäckad finish. Ett vin till det vilda på tallriken, en porchetta och varför inte oxrullader med gräddsås och potatisstomp.
