Gravatar 05.03.2016 Det här vinet bjuder på en finfin kombination av rejäl kryddighet och generös fruktighet. Doften är intensiv med toner av blåbär, plommon, jordgubbar, lakrits och kaffe. Dessa nyanser känns tydligt även i smaken, tillsammans med pepprig och örtig krydda och lagerblad. Druvorna har handplockats och sedan jäst på ståltank innan de lagrats på franska fat i nio månader. Vinet har stor kropp, tydliga tanniner och en välbalanserad syra.
