Gravatar 09.02.2022 Både Chryseia og Post Sciptum de Chryseia er bevis på at produsenter i Douro-dalen kan lage stille rødviner i verdensklasse, ikke bare sin unike portvin. Dette er viner som gjenskaper portugisiske og franske vinmakingstradisjoner, men som gjør det på en moderne og mer oppdatert måte. Dette er likevel ikke noen enkle, lette, fruktige «drikk nå-viner». Begge er komplekse og konsentrerte og kan gjerne få et langt opphold i kjelleren,, Chryseia 10-15 år, Post Scriptum i inntil åtte år. Og de bør absolutt ha noe skikkelig kjøtt på tallerkenen når de åpnes og skjenkes i glasset.
