Gravatar 16.05.2022 Ung pinot-frukt från Schubert i Wairarapa som ligger längst söderut på Nya Zeelands nordö. Mörkmullig med plommon, eneträ, juliga kryddor och ännu lite oförlöst frukt. Luft kan hjälpa men jag tror mer på vila, ett år eller tre kommer göra susen för snygga och ekologiska Schubert
