Gravatar 16.02.2018 Vinet är gjort på 70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 5% Croatina och 5% Oseleta. Vinet tillverkas enligt samma metod som Amaronen men med torkning av druvorna men under kortare tid, ca 45 dagar. Till Valpolicellan används också druvor från yngre vinrankor än till Amaronen. Pressningen av druvorna skedde i november och lagrades därefter på nya barriuqer under 24 månader innan buteljering.
