Gravatar 15.12.2023 89/100 Helt øverst i Valpolicella-dalen finner du Accordini sin gård som lager en fyldig og moden ripasso med litt hint av litt tørket frukt og god fylde. Denne takler pinnekjøttet perfekt med fettet og saltet. Stappen er ofte problemet med vin, men det takler den litt modne frukten her. Saftig og tydelig vin med masse smak av modne bær. Denne bør alle vestlendinger ha til maten.
