Gravatar 28.07.2017 Vinen her har mange fællestræk med Amarone, og det hænger sammen med, at den unge Valpolicella-vin blandes med de tørre rester fra Amarone-produktion og gærer sammen med dem. Herved opnås lidt højere alkoholprocent og en mørkere farve samt mere komplekse aromaer. En superflot vin af høj klasse.
