	17.12.2020	Precision. Skärpa. Allt på plats redan, trots den varma årgången. Inget som märks i Sassicaia. Skörden blev mindre fast kvalitén är top notch. Ett vin som vibrerar av cassis, syrliga körsbär, plommon, vilda italienska örter, mäktiga mineraler och balsamiska toner av fikon, nyvässad blyertspenna och aromatisk ceder. Djupt och ljuvligt. Fat? Det har aldrig varit ett problem för San Guido, trots att man använder sig av både nya och gamla barriquer. Bara naturlig jäst, ingen filtrering. Detta är vinperfektion.
