Gravatar 14.07.2019 Druvorna har fått jäsa i separata ståltankar för att bibehålla sina respektive egenskaper. Även den malolaktiska jäsningen har skett i ståltankar. Vinet har legat tio månader i delvis ekfat från Ornellaia och delvis i cementtankar för att uppnå perfekt balans mellan tanninstruktur och frukt.
