	14.10.2024	Det glädjer mig att se Le Cupole på svensk mark igen, och ännu mer på hyllan såklart! En av mina tidiga förälskelser från Toscana, även om det är gjort på Bdx-druvor. 56% merlot, 26% cabernet franc, 11% cabernet sauvignon och 7% petit verdot för att vara precis. Det är friskt och så levande i stilen och faktiskt piggare än en del viner från Bordeaux. Njut allt ni kan av mörka skogsbär, lite läder, varma örter, röd apelsin och bakad röd paprika. www.dinvinguide.se
