Gravatar 02.06.2018 90/100 Ekologisk nebbiolo med ursprung kring byn Dogliani i traditionell och rustik stil. Trots att frukten bråkar lite och strukturen är lite kantig skiner nebbiolodruvans starka personlighet igenom. Körsbär, jord, torkade rosor och ett penseldrag med tjärolja. Lufta ordentligt och häll upp vid 15 grader till din bästa carbonara.
