Gravatar 07.02.2022 Langhe-läckert! Lika mycket för smaklökarna som för matkassan. För kassan köper vi hem favoritcharken och en krämig buratta. Eller slänger ihop en pasta med svamp. Det är precis vad detta friska och inbjudande vin gillar, där syrliga hallon, röda körsbär, nypon, lite torv och finkornig tanniner gör mig vinglad.

Gravatar 11.02.2022 Yppigt och aromatiskt av nypon, hallon och kryddig salmiak. Smaken är nebbiolostram men ändå bjussig och matchar en krämig svamppasta.
