Stort och fylligt med doft och smak av plommon, mogna körsbär, björnbär, choklad, kryddor och fat. Tydliga men väl integrerade tanniner, bra djup och koncentration. Servera till grillat kött, tryffelpasta eller italienska charkuterier.
