Gravatar 29.09.2017 Vinet är gjort på 80% Negroamaro, som är den stora rödvinsdruvan här jämte Primitivo, och 20% Montepulciano som odlas utmed en stor del av adriatkusten. Druvblandningen gör att vinet får den typiska mörka tonen av Salento uppfriskad med körsbärskaraktären hos Montepulciano. Vinet har lagrats i tolv månader på franska ekfat innan buteljeringen.
