Doften är fruktig och frisk med inslag av mörka bär, körsbär och örter. Smaken är medelfyllig och koncentrerad med toner av hallon och mörka körsbär. Vinet har en balanserad fruktsyra och fruktig avslutning. Viberti Dolbà Langhe DOC passar utmärkt till pasta-, kyckling-, och kötträtter som inte är för starkt kryddade.
