Gravatar 26.01.2026 Lätt uppstudsiga tanniner och likadana syror möter röd apelsin, syrliga körsbär, hallonfrukt, sandelträ och en hint av svart te. Så classico det kan bli. Ekologiskt är det också. Gnocchi, tomatsås och oblyga mängder riven toskansk pecorino till helgen?
