	07.02.2022	Småburdus ungdom med raka och tydliga tanniner och syror som skiner. Nästan lite ruffigt i sin still med tydlig nebbiolofrukt som står för lagerblad, nypon, torv, tjära och syrliga körsbär. Charmigt, särskilt när vi lägger pasta, smör och tryffel på tallriken. Kul!
