Sardinien är en fantastisk plats för druvan och den spelar ut sitt smakregister i detta vin med toner av solmogna jordgubbar, söta körsbär, lila plommon och vilda örter. Smakerna binds ihop av ekfatstoner med inslag av cederträ, kanel och vanilj. Det är smakrikt och har en lång avslutning. Utmärkt till revbensspjäll, köttbullar och skinka. www.dinvinguide.se
