Gravatar 20.06.2025 90/100 På barolohyllan är det här just nu det mest självklara valet. Ett vin som numera görs på enbart ekologiska druvor från vingårdslägena Fossati, La Volta och Coste di Vergne. Årgång 2021 är både tillgänglig direkt och har struktur för lagring, men glöm inte att barolo framför allt är ett elegant vin! Från den vedeldade pizzaugnen väljer jag således en klassisk margarita.
