Gravatar 11.02.2021 Azelias ”vanliga” Barolo kommer från 50 år gamla vinstockar, uppdelat mellan områdena Castiglione Falleto och Serralunga. Årgången 2016 talar för sig själv. Tanninerna är sandiga, frukten rödsyrlig och vibrerande, lägg till nypon, torkade rosor och mandlar. Sen lägger du till den i varukorgen. Gott nu och flera höstar framöver. Hörde jag oxkind?
