Skal du ha rød topping, er det lurt å velge rødviner med lite tanniner. Barberadruen er et godt valg til maten. En floral rødvin med masse duft og smak av røde bær. Hint av urter gjør seg til krydderet på pizzaen, og vinen har en fin syre som renser opp i fete pølser på toppen.
