Gravatar 12.03.2015 Deep ruby. Intoxicating aromas of Morello cherries, cassis, truffles and chocolate leap out of the glass. In the mouth, the wine is silky smooth (16.5 ABV), luscious and complex. Cellar for three to four years. Ready to enjoy with medium-rare grilled steaks, osso buco, wild boar ravioli, grilled rib eye steak, Parmigiano Reggiano, Gruyere, or Emmethal.
