Gravatar 02.10.2016 En drickfärdig amarone och då räcker två timmars luftning. Lite lättare i sin struktur och med en underbar friskhet. De mörka körsbären ger både sötma och syrlighet. Lägg till björnbär, blåbär, mörka plommon, örter, lite torkad frukt och kakao så är bilden fullständig. En liten stramhet finns där från de mjuka tanninerna. Avslutet är på amaronevis långt och njutbart och med den där fina, lite småbittra tonen från kvalitetschoklad.
