Gravatar 14.11.2016 Fint exempel på hur väl Amarone kan och även bör lagras. Vi dricker dem för unga. Med lagring finns båda syra och tanninerna kvar, men frukten rundas av och smakerna omvandlas till basilika, salvia, kakao och fikon som lindats in med balsamico.
