	23.09.2022	ASofia – Sofias första vin, gjort på 100 procent sangiovese från firmans äldsta vinfält som idag ger komplexa viner. Inget extra svavel är tillsatt. A Sofia Chianti Classico 2017 är ett fruktdrivet vin med en riktigt fin fräschör. I smaken finns röda körsbär, tranbär och hint av björnbär. Det har fasta och tydliga tanniner med bra grepp och fin touch av ekfaten, som ger lite krydda och viss sötma. Lång eftersmak med en hint av balsamico, torkade örter och piptobak. Charmigt och elegant. Går utmärkt att lagra, vilket kommer framhäva komplexiteten mer. Utmärkt till grillad fågel och risotto med tomater.
