Gravatar 31.03.2017 La Chapelle är Paul Jaboulets mest kända vin, och en av Rhônedalens ikoner. Gjort på syrah från vinstockar med en ålder på 40 till 60 år och skördeuttag på endast 10-18 hl/ha. Urvalet av druvorna är mycket rigoröst, likväl som vilka viner som skall ingå i den slutliga blandningen. Vinet är lagrat 16 månader på ekfat. Passar till rejält smakrika rätter på mörkt kött – nötkött, älg eller annat kraftigt vilt. Paul Jaboulet rekommenderar lagring i 15 till 25 år.
