	26.10.2017	84/100 Cabernet franc heter stjärnan för röda viner i trakten kring floden Loire. Här framställs den i en slank och rödfruktig stil med peppriga inslag. Just det här vinet har en silkig inramning och ett mörkare djup i frukten utan att på något sätt bli tungt. Mår bäst av att serveras runt 16 grader, och då gärna till patéer, charkuterier och pickles. www.dn.se
