Ljuvliga höga syror mixas med mörk, mullig frukt som spetsats med hintar av bitter choklad, sandelträ och torkade örter som salvia och lagerblad. Ett läckert och rent vin med fin kraft och mycket bra lagringskapacitet. Lufta helst om ni ska korka upp flaskan inom kort.
