Gravatar 18.09.2021 Gamay-festen fortsätter. Denna gång med nedstamp i Côte de Brouilly, ett av Beaujolais cru-lägen. Jag tänker mig grillad vit fisk med sidfläsk och rödvinsås eller kanske en tomatbaserad skaldjursgryta till detta livliga och friska vin. Gott om hallon, röda plommon, surkörsbär och lagerblad var det här.
