Gravatar 13.04.2023 Här får malbec sällskap av en mindre andel merlot. Ett utmärkt smörjmedel! Det gör vinet lite mer öppet och fruktgeneröst. Tanninerna finns naturligtvis, i sällskap av hallon, viol, plommon, körsbär och svarta oliver. Prova till en mustig sydfransk gryta på grönsaker, lamm, oliver och en stor näve örter.
