	16.10.2022	I Fronton, i sydvästra Frankrike, framställs röda viner som måste innehålla mellan 50 till 70 procent av den lokala druvan negrette. Här serveras vi däremot 100 procent negrette, gjort i en småvild och sådär lagom funky stil. Ceder, pomerans, torkade smakrika örter och krossade skogsbär blir finemang till lammfärsbiffar med rattatoillie. www.dinvinguide.se
