	13.01.2016	100 % syrah och 100 % biodynamiskt. Ferraton Pere ägs faktiskt av en annan stor biodynamiker, Chapoutier himself. Han köpte firman 2006, fast den är fortfarande helt fristående med egna vingårdar m.m. Ett mörkt och mustigt vin, med fin druvtypicitet. Peppar, örter, lite charkuterier, plommon och choklad från faten. Gott. www.dinvinguide.se
