Gravatar 01.10.2011 2007 Cuvée är i färgen purpur till rubinröd. Doften tangerar rostade kaffebönor och mocca. Smaken är elegant och fruktig med inslag av mogna blå plommon och viss kryddighet. Tanninerna är mjuka och avslutningen är perfekt balanserad med tydlig ekfatskaraktär. Passar bäst till tex lammracks.
