Gravatar 03.08.2017 Du husker jeg nevnte Chiles svale kyst? Her har du resultatet. En silkemyk og transparent rødvin. Pinot noir er en drue som tåler høy varme heller dårlig. Kystnære vinmarker gjør det mulig, også i Chile. Jeg synes ikke alltid de lykkes, men denne sitter som et skudd. Dufter av kirsebær og jord. Til kylling eller grillet fisk.
