Innehållet bakom den grisprydda etiketten är stabilt, sällan sviker kvalitén och den finlemmade frukten är mjuk om än kryddigare än väntat. Detta är mitt alternativ till exempelvis coq au vin. godare.se
	10.04.2025	Ett vinland främst associerat med vita viner. Fast i Burgenland, på gränsen till Ungern, dominerar de blå druvorna. Speciellt lokala blaufränkisch och zweigelt. Hans Schwarz bakom The Bucher har valt allt fokusera på pinot noir – ett bra val. Hans pinot är saftig, lätt krämig och kryddig med toner av lagerblad, muskot och vitpeppar. www.dinvinguide.se
