Gravatar 09.10.2016 Druvorna kommer från det berömda Barossa Valley som speglar regionens kraftiga, rika och samtidigt mjuka karaktär. Druvorna har valts ut från speciella vingårdslägen för att ge vinet den reserve-status som vinmakarteamet vill ha. Vinet har fått jäsa på sina skalrester under 15 dagar för att dra ur så mycket smak och karaktär som möjligt för att sedan mogna på amerikanska och franska ekfat innan det blandades omsorgsfullt.
