	11.09.2021	Jag är svag för australiensik cabernet sauvignon och årgång 2019 med denna druva är något i hästväg. Frukten är intensiv, läcker och ytterst charmig. Som ungt sitter detta perfekt till en köttbit. Vinet är späckat med mörk frukt och mörka bär. Här finns svarta vinbär, mörka solmogna plommon och en härlig fräschör som minner om blodapelsin och rabarber. Frukten backas upp av lätta ekfatskryddor, aromatisk örter och en riktigt fin struktur. Eftersmaken är låg och kryddig. Det är knappt att du behöver en rödvinssås, vinet ger den dimensionen i sig. www.dinvinguide.se
