	12.07.2021	Erkända huset Masi från Venetien testar terroiren i Argentina. I detta fall med 70 procent corvina och resten malbec som genomgått en mindre tid av appassimento – metoden där druvorna torkar. Det funkar fint även på andra sidan Atlanten. Särskilt till grillat tack vare den balanserade sötman, den torkade myntan, fikonen, tobaken och balsamiconoterna. www.dinvinguide.se
