Gravatar 08.11.2017 Ordet Ripasso fortæller, at vinen er lavet på en måde, hvor ung Valpolicella-vin hældes på fade, hvori der er gærede rester fra Amarone. Den friske vin suger kraft til sig og opnår en smag, som er lettere drikkelig end den kraftige Amarone. Balancen til and og gås er optimal.
