Gravatar 03.06.2016 Ett kraftig och fruktdrivet vin gjort på 70 procent zinfandel och 30 procent negroamaro. Vindruvorna har fått sitta kvar och torka på vinrankan för att få sötfruktiga toner av mörka bär, plommon och choklad. För att balansera vinet med bra syra och struktur tillsätts även vin av normalt skördade druvor som ger vinet komplexitet och koncentration med inslag av björnbär, katrinplommon, kryddor samt viss fatkaraktär.
