I Crinali Apassimento är ett fylligt ekologiskt vin som bjuder fin koncentration med toner av plommon, körsbär och viol. Utmärkt att dricka till fläsk, nöt och lammrätter och ett gott sällskap till en smakrik pasta. Vinet har nått sin optimala mognad genom lagring i Torreventos källare.
