Gravatar 11.05.2019 Betegnelsen Ripasso fortæller, at vinhusets ejere, Marco og Paolo Galli, har hældt ung Valpolicella-vin på nogle vinfade, som er fyldt med restaffaldet fra Amarone-produktion. Skaller og frugtkød giver kraft til den unge vin, og når lagringen efter nogle år er færdig, fås en særdeles drikværdig vin i glasset.
