Gravatar 17.08.2018 Vinhuset ligger i hjertet af Bolgheri, som er hjemsted for de berømte Supertoscanere, og det fremstiller nogle højkvalitetsvine baseret på druesorten Sangiovese og tilsat en smule Merlot og Canaiolo. Vinen her, som i øvrigt er økologisk, kan drikkes nu, men vil vokse i modenhed og kompleksitet, hvis man vælger at gemme den et par år. Så vil tålmodigheden til gengæld også lønne sig, når den hældes i glasset til en god grillbøf.

Gravatar 17.08.2018 89/100 Frugtig og meget imødekommende sangiovese. Kirsebær, tobak og krydderier i smagen. Enkel men velfungerende. Godt til ikke for kraftig mad. Pæn afslutning.
