Dufter av mørke bær, pepper, lær, våt jord og fat. Oppleves rik og kraftfull i munnen. Tydelige tanniner. Fast tørr avslutning. Anbefalt serveringstemperatur 15 til 17 grader. Smaker utsøkt nå, men kan fint lagres i minst femten år til. Server til helstekt lammelår eller kalvesteik.
