Gravatar 04.11.2017 Vinet görs av 100 procent nebbiolo som efter skörd och vinifikation lagrats först i fat, sedan i flaska. Årgång 2015 är lysande rik och smaken är kraftfull och stram, men elegant med nyanser av körsbär, nypon fat och örter. Det passar perfekt att servera aningen svalt till kötträtter av fläsk, kalv och fågel och är utmärkt till tartar och carpaccio. Vinet kan också lagras vidare upp till tio år.
